About the Role

As a Project Manager here, you will enjoy a varied role with significant autonomy and responsibility. You will work closely with clients and staff, but in your role, you will also interact with authorities such as the municipality and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Together with your clients and staff, you will shape individually tailored and well-functioning personal assistance. You will be involved in daily operations, handling both scheduling and occupational health and safety issues.

About You

We are looking for someone with knowledge of the LSS Act (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and other relevant legislation, such as the Working Hours Act. You have at least a couple of years of leadership experience with personnel/recruitment responsibility. Previous experience in personal assistance is a plus. Experience with various functional disabilities is considered an asset. A valid B-class driver's license is required as you need to travel to our clients.

As a person, you are driven and independent in your work, and you enjoy taking ownership. You have good collaboration skills and a strong sense of service. The human connection is important to you, and you are passionate about working with people and enjoy interacting with various types of individuals. To succeed in this role, it is also important that you have a flexible, solution-oriented approach and that you work proactively and in a structured manner.

Other Important Information

The position is full-time, permanent, with a probationary period.
