About the role
Do you want to become part of an exceptional shopping experience? At the information desk in Gränbystaden, we offer a truly fun job alongside driven and engaged colleagues!

In this role, you will work for our client in Gränbystaden and be employed as a Service Manager by us at Middlepoint. Here, we have launched a meeting place for the center's visitors where you will help develop service delivery and represent the center in a professional manner. As a receptionist, you will work in a great team of two, providing information, guidance, and a high level of service to everyone you meet.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Responsibility for delivering world-class service to all visitors
  • Gift card sales
  • Answering questions about the center's facilities and stores
  • Administrative work in various systems, email, and phone
  • Shared responsibility for back office and logistics
  • Training of new staff

Who are you?
We believe you are a true service star who thrives on personal interaction and loves working with people. You are flexible, unpretentious, and approach your tasks with joy. We see you as an energetic person with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team. You have previous experience in service, have worked with the Office package, and speak fluent Swedish and English.

The employment
Employment type: Permanent with an initial 6-month probationary period
Full-time: 100 %
Start: Beginning of August
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30 or 12:00–20:30.
