Administrator for Individual and Family Care in Tierp

RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Individual and Family Care department, there is the Administration and Service unit. We are the hub that serves the entire IFO. We are now looking for a substitute on 100% who can work for one year with a possible chance of extension.

You should be able to work both in a team and independently. Good customer service is important as you meet people in various situations in your daily work.

Different administrative tasks that you will work with include, for example:

• Working with various case processing.
• Being willing to work with various new administrative tasks that different assignments may entail.
• Being able to perform work at the reception, including all associated duties.
• Working in many different digital systems.
• Serving both external customers and internal colleagues at the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

Tierp Municipality belongs to a Finnish administrative area. If, in addition to our other competence requirements, you also speak Finnish, it can be an asset.

You must have completed upper secondary education (high school).

You should have experience in similar tasks and be stress-resistant; sometimes there is a high pace with many different tasks to keep track of. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and it is important that you fit into our work group.

You must be able to handle digital tools.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Working hours: Daytime.
