HR Operational Support – Close Care and Health / Region Uppsala Executive Office

The HR department within Region Uppsala is led by the HR Director and consists of approximately 125 employees. The department is divided into functional areas: Occupational Health and Safety, Law and Agreements, Competence and Leadership, and Operational Support.

We are now looking for a part-time HR Administrator for our team within operational HR focusing on Close Care and Health. The team consists of one HR Administrator, six HR Partners, an Assistant HR Manager, and an HR Manager.

Your Role

As an HR Administrator here, you will work closely with experienced HR colleagues and gain insight into many aspects of HR work. This role is suitable for someone who thrives with structure and administration and wants to develop in an operational HR environment.

You will handle administrative tasks and parallel processes, receiving support and guidance in your work.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Administration regarding employment contracts and recruitment administration
• Document management
• Generating statistics from HR and personnel systems
• Other administration related to HR processes

You will work closely with the rest of the team and become part of an environment that values collaboration, learning, and an open climate.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is studying Human Resources or has recently completed a university-level HR education.

Previous experience in HR administration or operational HR work is an advantage, but most importantly, you must have a willingness to learn and develop.

You are computer literate and feel confident working in Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and Teams. You adapt easily to new systems and work in a structured manner.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You enjoy working in a team, are detail-oriented, and have a good ability to take on new tasks. You contribute to a positive work environment and have a curious approach to the HR field.
