Your Background

We are looking for you who have experience in driving the development of workplaces, ways of working, and work environment in organizations where the pace of change is high and where quality and participation are crucial. You have the ability to see the big picture while simultaneously translating ideas into practical execution. You have strong communication skills and make the complex simple. You thrive and feel confident giving presentations to larger audiences and have a natural pedagogical ability.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university education or equivalent experience that the employer deems relevant for the position.
  • Several years of experience in business and organizational development linked to the development and change of ways of working and behaviors.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

You are unpretentious and generous with your knowledge, and see learning as something we create together. Through your way of working, you actively contribute to the development of both individuals and the organization.
