We are now looking for you who want to be responsible for the administration of the competence development initiative "Yrkesresan" (The Career Journey) in the county, as well as other administrative tasks at the Primary Care and Health leadership office. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues within the project.

We offer a fixed-term full-time position for eleven months, with the possibility of extension. We would like you to start as soon as possible or as agreed.

Your Assignment

The assignment includes being responsible for the administrative tasks related to "Yrkesresan". It also involves working in the associated learning portal and supporting the participating users. "Yrkesresan" is a national concept for competence development within social services and includes courses and training for employees and managers. In this role, you are responsible, for example, for administratively preparing, conducting, and following up on courses and events. You also assist at physical learning meetings by, for example, handling participant lists and material supply. Furthermore, you work with course administration in "Yrkesresan"'s digital learning portals and provide support to the county's municipalities. The assignment also includes participating in national meetings for project managers and administrators related to "Yrkesresan", being responsible for bookings and purchases, and handling invoices in the economic system Agresso. Travel within Uppsala County is included in the position.

The employment also includes administrative work at the Primary Care and Health leadership office. You are part of our administrative network that supports the administration's and leadership office's overarching administration. Tasks include, for example, diary management (incoming comments and complaints), booking of premises, invoice handling, meeting minutes, and participation in fairs and conferences.

Qualifications

• Administrative education or equivalent as assessed by the employer
• At least two years of experience in administrative work within public operations
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office suite
• Category B driver's license

Merits

• Experience with course administration and digital learning platforms

• Experience with systems such as Agresso, Heroma, Barium, Public 360

Our Operations

The position is located at R&D Social Services and Related Health and Medical Care. The operations generate new knowledge and lead overarching development work in issues concerning social services in Uppsala County. The overall purpose is to give the operations better opportunities to offer care and interventions that are equal and based on the best available knowledge.

The operations are politically governed by the HSVO Council (Health, Support, Care, and Welfare), where all municipalities in the county and Region Uppsala are represented. R&D-S belongs organizationally to Region Uppsala's administration Primary Care and Health, which has approximately 1,400 employees.

Within R&D-S, regional development leaders, scientific supervisors, as well as the head of operations and a communicator work. The work is conducted within the areas of elderly care, disability, social child care, harmful use and addiction, and relevant health and medical care.
