Job Description
Randstad is now looking for a driven and experienced administrator/coordinator for assignments in Östhammar. As a consultant at Randstad, you are a significant administrative resource while also representing Randstad's face to the outside world.
Scope: Full-time
Location: Östhammar

Responsibilities
Job Description:
The assignment involves providing general administrative support to the department manager, project managers, and sub-projects. Your tasks may include, among other things:
- Internal and external communication via intranet and email.
- Executive and departmental support.
- Develop administrative routines.
- Book premises and handle travel bookings.
- Simple purchasing and economic administration.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Document registration and contact with the registrar.
- Administer meetings and write minutes from technical meetings.
- Project-specific administration.
- Perform receiving controls.
- Register documentation in document management systems.
- Create and follow up on review workflows.
- Prepare order documents, supplier assessments, and document CVs.
Qualifications
- You have good experience in administration and good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have experience driving and coordinating projects.
- Previous experience working with document management systems is highly meritorious.
