Job Description

Randstad is now looking for a driven and experienced administrator/coordinator for assignments in Östhammar. As a consultant at Randstad, you are a significant administrative resource while also serving as the face of Randstad.

Scope: Full-time

Location: Östhammar

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

The assignment involves providing general administrative support to the department manager, project managers, and sub-projects. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Internal and external communication via intranet and email.
  • Executive and departmental support.
  • Develop administrative routines.
  • Book premises and handle travel bookings.
  • Simple purchasing and financial administration.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Register documents and contact the registrar.
  • Administer meetings and write minutes from technical meetings.
  • Project-specific administration.
  • Perform receiving checks.
  • Register documentation in document management systems.
  • Create and follow up on review flows.
  • Prepare order documents, supplier assessments, and document CVs.

Qualifications

  • You have good experience in administration and strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have experience driving and coordinating projects.
  • Previous experience working with document management systems is highly meritorious.
