About the role

In the role of Accountant at Infinigate, you work broadly with ongoing accounting and financial administration for companies in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. You become an important part of the finance function and work closely with both colleagues within Finance and the business at large.

The role involves a strong focus on operational financial management, while also offering the opportunity in the long term to take more independent responsibility in the closing process and the development of financial processes.

Responsibilities include among other things

• Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
• Bookkeeping of supplier invoices for Sweden and Denmark
• Handling and booking of bank transactions
• Approval and bookkeeping of expenses and travel accounts for Finland and Denmark
• Execution of supplier payments according to weekly and monthly routines
• Payment of taxes and fees as well as disbursement of Finnish salaries via Kyriba
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts and vendor statements
• Support in simpler accounting matters to the business
• Involvement in audit processes

In the long term, you will also:

• Participate in monthly closings and account reconciliations for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland
• Gradually take greater independent responsibility in the closing process
• Document and develop financial routines and processes
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function
• Perform monthly group reconciliations

Qualifications

• Experience with ongoing accounting and financial administration
• Good understanding of supplier accounts, payment flows, and account reconciliations
• Good system proficiency and ease in learning new systems
• Good knowledge of Excel

Meritorious

• Experience from an accounting firm
• Experience from a corporate environment or international operations
• Experience working in several Nordic countries
• Experience with Navision, Kyriba, Tagetik, DMS, or Capego
