🔧 2 Sheet Metal Workers / Damage Technicians – Bil+ Body Shop, Enköping

Do you want to be part of the team from the start at a new and growing body shop?

Bil+ has established a modern body shop in Enköping focusing on sheet metal and paint damage for trucks, recreational vehicles, and passenger cars – and we are now looking for 2 skilled sheet metal workers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a sheet metal worker with us, you will work on repairing collision and sheet metal damage. You will become an important part of the workshop where quality, precision, and efficiency are the focus.

Your responsibilities include:

• Straightening and repairing sheet metal damage
• Dismantling and assembling body parts
• Welding, frame straightening, and adjustments
• Preparing surfaces for painting
• Ensuring work meets high quality standards according to manufacturer guidelines

You will work closely with both colleagues in the workshop and the customer service team to create an efficient and smooth workflow.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in sheet metal work related to vehicle damage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with both passenger cars and heavier vehicles
• Knowledge of frame straightening and modern repair methods
• Experience with insurance claims

• Are solution-oriented and efficient

Requirements:

• Experience as a sheet metal worker/damage technician
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)
