About the role

In the role of Accountant, you will share broad responsibility for the company's finances and accounting with a colleague. You will work closely with the management and play a key role in the business, where your expertise contributes to structure, quality, and development. The role also includes some property management and administration.

Your main tasks include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of annual reports
• Tax and VAT reporting
• Liquidity planning
• Contact with auditors and external parties

The company has been in existence for over 50 years and focuses primarily on commercial properties within industry, warehousing, and offices. Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their accounting skills and thrives in a role with independent responsibility. You are self-motivated, humble, structured, detail-oriented, and have a solution-oriented approach to work.

We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in economics
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience in the property industry is an advantage

As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and appreciate working in a smaller company where you can have an impact.
