The municipalities of Håbo, Trosa, and Salem share a common salary committee and salary unit. The salary unit is organizationally located within Håbo Municipality and is responsible for the entire salary process across all three municipalities.

We are currently a team of 11 dedicated colleagues working every day to ensure that our approximately 5,200 employees and fee-based workers receive their correct salaries on time.

We are currently in an exciting phase of development where we are implementing new system support for both payroll and staffing. We are transitioning from eCompanion to Personec P and Medvind – a step that enables more digital and efficient salary management.

Your Responsibilities

Here, you will become part of a team where collaboration is key to success.

In the role of System Administrator, you will work broadly with both system administration and operational support. You will provide service, support, and qualified assistance to managers, employees, and colleagues within the payroll area, while also contributing to the development of our systems and working methods.

Together, we ensure that the correct salary and compensation are paid out on time.

Your main tasks include:

• Participate in the implementation of Personec P and Medvind (planned go-live 2027)
• Ensure stable and correct daily operation of the systems
• Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and support cases
• Follow up on errors and system improvements together with suppliers
• Configure systems, for example:
  • salary rules and agreements
  • working time rules
  • tables
• Participate in projects related to system development and change management
• Ensure that the interpretation of laws and agreements is reflected in the payroll system
• Conduct training and develop routines and instructions

You play a vital role in both maintaining and developing payroll administration in our municipalities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• VET education (YH) in payroll/systems or equivalent competence through work experience
• At least 4 years of experience in payroll administrative work
• Good understanding of the connections between payroll, HR, and finance
• Experience working digitally and good knowledge of IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• A strong interest in systems and preferably experience in system administration or as a system specialist

It is an advantage if you have experience with payroll systems, preferably Personec P, as well as scheduling and staffing systems such as Medvind.

Experience with collective agreements is also valued.
