About Elektronen

Elektronen is Oskarshamn's modern energy center and a meeting place for future energy issues. Here, OKG and SKB collaborate in an operation that includes modern office environments, conference activities, and a public visitor center focused on energy, technology, and sustainable development.

The facility serves as a key hub for knowledge, collaboration, and innovation within the energy industry while also contributing to strengthening Oskarshamn as an attractive place to live, work, and develop.

About the Role

As a Visitor Coordinator, you are the face of the operation and the first point of contact for many of Elektronen's visitors. You are responsible for ensuring that the reception, visitor center, and common areas maintain high quality, and that visitors receive professional and welcoming treatment.

The role combines hospitality, administration, and security-related tasks, requiring you to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Examples of Tasks

  • Receive and welcome visitors
  • Administer access cards and permissions
  • Handle bookings, conferences, and incoming inquiries
  • Open and close the visitor center and premises according to established routines
  • Conduct daily rounds and supervision of premises
  • Ensure meeting and conference environments maintain high standards
  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation
  • Act as a contact person for visitors, suppliers, and partners
  • Coordinate and follow up on service issues

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a role that combines hospitality with administration. You are confident working independently, have good structure, and enjoy building good relationships with people.

We would appreciate it if you:

  • Have experience from reception, customer service, hotels, conferences, or similar service operations
  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have strong administrative skills and experience working with various digital systems
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Have a professional demeanor and a genuine interest in service
  • Are flexible and enjoy varied tasks
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Experience with access card management, security routines, or conference service is considered a merit.

About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period.

Working hours are 07:30-16:00.
