We are looking for an Administrator/Receptionist at Rehab City Lidingö

Job Description:

All typical tasks for an administrator/receptionist in primary care rehabilitation. As an administrator here, you will be the face of the unit and a support function for our entire operation. You will, among other things, support the care process with referral handling, appointment booking, record management, and service via phone and chat. You will work in close collaboration with the unit manager and serve as administrative support. The work also includes mail handling, purchasing, facility issues, laundry, and more. We are looking for someone who can work 75-100%.

Requirements:

We are looking for you who have experience in independent administrative work and reception work within healthcare. You have good computer and phone skills, and are accustomed to dealing with patients, sometimes those with protected identity. Experience with the medical record system TakeCare and cash handling is meritorious.

Employment Type

Permanent position. Probation period may apply. Start date by agreement.

For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

- Background checks are conducted before employment decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks upon employment.

- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.

- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
