Are you interested in systems within HR and payroll administration, and in streamlining processes through digitalization? Now is your chance to work as a Systems Specialist for at least one year, as one of our colleagues will be on study leave. Here, you will work in a unit that recently won an occupational health and environment award – a reflection of our culture of collaboration, engagement, and trust.
Your Role
The HR unit consists of 16 employees. We work to support the strategic goal for the HR process: that Nacka Municipality is an attractive employer with competent, motivated, proud, and healthy employees. Our mission is to manage, develop, and deliver services within payroll and HR administration, focusing on high quality and efficiency, while providing support and service to elected officials, managers, executive assistants, and employees.
This role is one of three, where your closest colleagues are a Payroll Controller and another Systems Specialist. Together, you are part of the Payroll Team, which consists of 10 people in total, supporting and assisting across the entire payroll area.
Examples of tasks include:
- Providing support and service to payroll specialists and other colleagues on deeper system issues within Personec P, Utdata, WinLas (negotiations/salary review), and Microwebb.
- Participating in operational runs (e.g., payroll runs), file imports, file exports, operational calendars, and assisting with SQL queries/QuickReport and reporting pension data to KPA.
- Table maintenance in Personec P.
- Managing user permissions.
- Working on continuous improvements based on digitalization opportunities to achieve even higher quality and efficiency in all parts of the payroll process.
Are you the right person?
At the HR unit, we are proud of the positive feedback we receive from those we support. Our success is due to everyone enjoying providing service, teaching, and supporting both the business units and within our own team. We see each other as an asset, are curious and engaged, and want to improve together through new paths – often through digitalization. We want you to identify with this description while being senior enough to feel confident working independently, taking initiative, and handling challenges in a positive way. As a Systems Specialist, we see you as solution-focused, structured, and possessing the logical ability to understand and analyze underlying factors in the system.
You should have an interest in systems, databases, and tables, and preferably basic knowledge of SQL. You are service-oriented and have a professional attitude. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Your Experience
- You have relevant education, likely in IT and/or payroll, or equivalent experience.
- You have previous experience in similar roles such as System Administrator, Systems Specialist within payroll, or very deep and long experience with Personec P.
- Good IT and digitalization skills.
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Merits
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience applying collective agreements and a deep understanding of the connection to system support.
- Knowledge of our collective agreement, General Provisions (AB).
- Previous experience with the HR and negotiation system Personec P.
- Experience working with similar tasks in a larger organization.
