About the RoleYou will step into a mission-critical role in a government agency where schedule and payroll management need to function securely, efficiently, and sustainably. Following the implementation of Heroma, there is a clear need to further develop the organization, division of responsibilities, processes, and working methods within the schedule and payroll area, especially in an environment where irregular working hours are common.
Here, you will work closely with the steering group, business representatives, and other stakeholders to create clear structures that work in everyday life. The role suits you who want to combine change management, business development, and a deep understanding of Heroma in a complex and socially important environment.
Responsibilities- You lead and coordinate the work in the working group with a focus on the schedule and payroll area.
- You drive the development of the organization, roles, responsibilities, and working methods related to schedule management and payroll disbursement.
- You act as the spokesperson in the steering group and create clear follow-up, reporting, and progress tracking.
- You collaborate with the business stakeholders to anchor changes and secure efficient working methods.
- You review and develop processes for schedule planning, resource planning, and staffing planning.
- You produce governing and supporting documents that strengthen daily work.
- You develop support materials that facilitate planning and the use of Heroma in the business.
- You ensure that processes and working methods meet laws, regulations, and business requirements.
- Experience implementing the schedule and payroll system Heroma in a government agency where irregular working hours occur.
- Experience introducing organization and roles for schedule management.
- Experience leading complex projects or assignments with overall responsibility for implementation, including steering, follow-up, and reporting.
- Extensive experience leading large IT development projects.
- Extensive experience with agile working methods.
- Very good understanding of schedule and payroll processes, payroll services, schedule management, and HR processes.
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in organizational development.
- Experience working with organizational changes within schedule management.
- Experience working with information security in government, municipality, or region, or alternatively in a larger company with more than 100 employees.
