About MEKO
MEKO’s vision is to enable mobility – today, tomorrow, and in the future. Our goal is to be the most comprehensive partner for everyone who drives, repairs, and maintains vehicles in Northern Europe. We are market leaders with a presence in eight countries, operating 600 stores and local warehouses, which in turn serve 20,000 workshop customers – including 4,500 workshops operating under our own brands.
Number one in Sweden
MEKO is the leading player in the independent automotive market in Sweden, servicing approximately 1 million cars annually out of the country’s 5 million vehicles. With wholesale and workshop brands such as Mekonomen, MECA, MekoPartner, BilXtra, Speedy, and AlltiBil, the network comprises 200 stores and local warehouses, and 1,000 connected workshops. Over 1,700 dedicated employees drive MEKO’s success in Sweden.
As one of Sweden’s largest e-commerce companies, 80 percent of orders are placed digitally, with deliveries occurring within 1–2 hours. We ensure efficient delivery to stores and workshops across the country, driven by a highly automated central warehouse in Strängnäs. The robust distribution network, with strong local presence, supports both businesses and private car owners through quick solutions for repairs, service, and a wide range of products, such as roof boxes, car shampoo, and other accessories.
With leading logistics solutions, extensive expertise, and robust infrastructure – this combination guarantees efficient and smooth repairs for both workshops and vehicle owners.
We ensure future mobility
Cars are at the core of our operations, and we stay constantly updated with their rapid development. To ensure future mobility and provide our customers with first-class service, we invest in further training for automotive technicians, for example in electrical technology. We also collaborate with four upper secondary schools in Sweden to train the next generation of mechanics. In this way, we can offer highest-quality service for all vehicles, regardless of fuel type.
We are proud to drive both people and vehicles forward
We drive the development of the automotive industry by creating user-friendly solutions, delivering future-oriented products, and promoting sustainable and digital development. Our goal is to promote collaboration, diversity, engagement, and productivity, to the benefit of car owners and drivers.
At MEKO, we are proud to drive both people and vehicles forward. Our employees are our most valuable asset and play a crucial role as ambassadors for our company and our brands. Together, we work to drive innovation, increased sustainability, and durable growth.
