We are looking for you who are positive, engaged, and service-oriented, and who thrive in being the face of our customers. This is a flexible part-time job during office hours that is perfect to combine with studies. In addition to the two assignments, there may also be opportunities for more shifts during the summer and throughout the year.
In the role, you will support our customers as needed and cover for regular staff during absences. You contribute to a professional and welcoming work environment and may work in roles such as receptionist, Office Coordinator, or Office Administrator.
For the summer holiday period, we are now looking for extra staff for two of our clients:
Assignment 1 – Receptionist in Solna
You will work as a receptionist for a client within medical technology. The company develops innovative solutions for diagnostics and minimally invasive treatments and has extensive experience in contributing to improved care and better conditions for patients and healthcare professionals worldwide.
Scope
- 50% position
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–12:00
- Period: July 1–July 24
- Introduction preferably on June 15 or 16, alternatively latest during week 25
Assignment 2 – Receptionist on Kungsholmen
You will work as a receptionist for an international consulting and technology partner that helps leading companies within industries such as industrial, IT, energy, automotive development, and Life Science. Through specialist competence in innovation, product development, and digitalization, the business contributes to the development of future technology and sustainable solutions.
Scope
- 100% position
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Period: July 16–24 and August 3–7
We are looking for you who:
- Have a strong sense of service and enjoy helping others
- Are organized and have an eye for detail, with the ability to keep the work environment neat and inviting
- Are tidy and meticulous in your work
- Have a solution-oriented attitude and can handle different situations in a professional manner
Examples of tasks:
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Receive mail and deliveries
- Maintain conference rooms and office mail
- Support with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure order and tidiness in the office landscape and reception
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience working with email and telephone communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
- Previous experience in customer service or reception work is meritorious, but not a requirement
Requirements:
- Other main occupation (e.g., studies)
