Technical Planner / Environmental Administrator to Södertälje

Scope and Working Hours

Period: June 29 – October 2

Regular working hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 06:30–16:00
• Friday: 06:30–12:00

Are you an independent and responsible person with experience in waste management and administration? We are now looking for an engaged employee for a assignment regarding the handling and follow-up of illegal waste in Södertälje.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will work both operationally and administratively with issues related to illegal waste and the external environment. You are responsible for inspections and rounds in the field, as well as handling and follow-up in various systems.

The work also includes administration, invoice handling, and communication via functional email. You will work independently and have many contact areas, which requires structure, initiative, and good collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and rounds of waste in the external environment
• Handling cases related to illegal waste
• Preparation and follow-up of police reports
• Administration in the systems Infracontrol and Ciceron
• Accounting and invoicing in the ERP system
• Handling functional email

We are looking for someone who has

• Good knowledge of regulations and routines regarding the handling of illegal waste
• Experience with Infracontrol
• Experience with Ciceron
• Experience with the ERP system
• Experience with accounting and invoicing
• Experience with preparing police reports
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid B-class driver's license

Meritorious

• Experience with ordering and assessing graffiti removal
