At PersonalExpressen, we work with consultancy staffing within healthcare, elderly care, schools, preschools, and LSS (support and service for persons with certain disabilities). We are now looking for you who want to work a summer job as a recruiter and booking coordinator with us at our lovely office in central Umeå!

We are looking for you who have a unique ability to create enthusiasm and joy in work. In this role, you will work with both recruitment and coordination of our staffing consultants. You will have contact with candidates, consultants, and customers, and be involved in the entire process from recruitment and matching to booking and follow-up. Your tasks include, among other things, recruiting new consultants, conducting phone interviews, checking references, contacting customers and consultants, scheduling in our systems, as well as booking travel, accommodation, and other practical arrangements related to our assignments.

At the same time, the role places high demands on your ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems in a creative and service-oriented way. You will daily function as a support for both customers and consultants, contributing to creating positive experiences in every contact.

You will continuously have access to close support, guidance, and coaching from the company's management. The management at PersonalExpressen consists of people with different academic backgrounds but with the common denominator that all are business-driven, have in-depth knowledge of customers' needs and conditions, and have decades of shared experience as business leaders and managers in several different industries.
