We are currently looking for an economics student for a summer job with our pleasant client in Solna!

Main Responsibilities

Accounts receivable work and related accounting tasks:

• Booking payments from customers and offsetting receivables in accounts receivable
• Daily reconciliation of bank balances
• Transfer of receivable and voucher logs from the front-end system
• Updating exchange rates in the financial system
• Handling accounts receivable emails

We are looking for someone who:

Is responsible, detail-oriented, structured, organized, collaborative, and has a service-oriented attitude.

You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and are a proficient user of Excel.

You have previous experience with similar tasks within accounts receivable, preferably in a transaction-intensive environment. You have experience working with common financial systems.

Language

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Education

Upper secondary education in economics and/or accounting.

Employment Period

2026-06-24 – 2026-08-04, with a work intensity of 75 %.
