Your responsibilities at Centera:
As a Senior Accounting Consultant at Centera, you will have a central role where you work closely with your clients and become their natural advisor on financial matters. You are responsible for ongoing accounting and reporting, while maintaining an active dialogue with clients regarding their business and needs. The work is varied and involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with your team. The role suits you if you thrive with responsibility but also appreciate bouncing ideas off others, sharing knowledge, and developing together with colleagues. For the right person, there are also good opportunities to grow further in the role and take on more responsibility over time.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ongoing accounting and monthly reporting to the client
- Client advisory and consultation
- Year-end closing and annual reports
- Income tax returns
- Payroll administration
This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed by Centera, but we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process. The position is full-time with office hours, with the possibility of flexibility, and is expected to start immediately. THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Economics education at the upper secondary level or other relevant post-secondary education
- At least five years of experience working as an accounting consultant
- Experience from an accounting firm
- Good proficiency in ongoing accounting and understanding of balance sheets and income statements
- Proficiency in Fortnox (additional system experience is a plus)
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with tax returns, VAT, periodic summaries, and project accounting
- Ability to prepare year-end closings, annual reports and income tax returns in both K2 and K3 standards
- Experience with payroll administration (they work in Fortnox and Crona Lön)
