Are you looking for a varied role where customer contact, administration, and problem-solving are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged and meticulous Service Coordinator who wants to become an important part of our operations and contribute to high service levels and customer satisfaction.

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for receiving, registering, handling, and coordinating incoming service and support cases. You act as a key contact point for both customers and internal departments, working daily to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and professionally.

In this role, you will contact customers via the customer portal, phone, and email, and collaborate internally with support functions, foremen, as well as service and security technicians.

You will also work with administrative tasks in business and ERP systems to ensure high quality and smooth case management.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as first-line customer support for receiving, registering, and coordinating fault reports, support, and service cases
  • Handle incoming cases via customer portal, phone, and email
  • Create and administer cases and work orders in case management and business systems
  • Handle questions related to telephony, such as switchboards, phone numbers, and subscriptions
  • Coordinate customers' invoice inquiries and work with some financial administration, such as invoicing, crediting, and customer accounting
  • Support customers via phone and remote control for simpler service cases
  • Answer simple questions regarding the company's service and product offerings

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who thrives in a service-oriented role with many contact surfaces and who enjoys creating structure and order.

Requirements for the position:

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • At least one year of experience in similar work, preferably within customer service, support, or call center operations
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
