About the role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will become an important part of the company's finance function, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role is broad and varied, giving you excellent opportunities to develop and build a strong foundation in economics and accounting. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable
• Invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations, payments, and administrative tasks related to the finance function
• Ongoing improvement and development work

You will become part of a small and engaged team where you will have the opportunity to grow with the role over time. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility and further develop within the finance sector.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has an education in economics from, for example, a university, college, or vocational program. Perhaps you currently work as an accounting assistant, bookkeeping assistant, or in another administrative role with an economic connection and wish to take the next step. To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have some work experience and understand the basics of economics and accounting
• Are meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Are analytical and have an aptitude for understanding connections
• Are service-oriented and thrive with many contact surfaces
• Are curious, unpretentious, and eager to develop
• Have good communication skills and enjoy dialogue with customers and suppliers
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
