We are looking for an employee who has good knowledge of autism and neuropsychiatric functional variations. • Have a good understanding of autism and experience working with or close to people with NPD (Neuropsychiatric Disabilities).
• Are creative, open-minded, and enjoy thinking outside the box.
• Are active and like it when many things are happening.
• Find it easy to create structure but also appreciate speed and dynamism in work.
• Are sensitive, patient, and able to adapt to the individual's needs.
• Enjoy working independently but also closely together with one person.

• Category B driver's license
• Previous experience working within LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), school, assistance, or similar is meritorious but not a requirement if you have the right personality and commitment.
• Must not be afraid of dogs.
• Meritorious if you can speak Bosnian 

The position involves supporting a person in daily activities, social interaction, and activities that create joy, structure, and security. The work takes place during the day and is designed to promote a stable and active daily life.

• Workdays: primarily weekdays
• Hours: adjusted slightly depending on the right person
