She enjoys swimming, playing on playgrounds, shopping, walking, music, and dancing. She is looking for active assistants who enjoy coming up with activities and having a varied job. It is very important that you, as an applicant, enjoy being active and have good physical fitness as the job requires it. More information about the client will be provided during the interview. Who are we looking for? You speak and write Swedish fluently. You are a positive person who enjoys taking initiative and responsibility, and you have good problem-solving skills. You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented in challenging situations. As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive, responsive, and confident in your role. You should be able to prevent and handle risky situations and create structure in everyday life. You are quick to laugh and ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and find it easy to cooperate. You are good at inspiring others and enjoy challenges at work. There is a cat in the home. Assistants or substitutes do not smoke or use snus during working hours. Meritorious qualifications:

• Advantageous if you speak Serbian, Croatian, or Bosnian.
• Have a driver's license.
• Have experience with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).
• Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and picture support.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant.
• Education in care and assistance.

Personal assistance is performed during all hours of the day. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client. Your tasks:

• This can range from individualized care to household chores.
• The assistance is primarily carried out in the client's home but also involves accompanying them to activities outside the home.
• You work in a supportive and motivating manner.
• You will receive training on-site and through Monument Assistans.
