Job Responsibilities

As a leisure-time leader at our boarding school, you will be responsible for ensuring the operations run smoothly and serve as a good role model for our youth after school hours. We want you to act as a support for the upper secondary students during their stay away from home.

You should be able to work irregular hours.

The students should feel a sense of belonging and community, while also having quiet study time. This means you help organize the students' leisure time so that they experience an stimulating life in Ronneby and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are trained as a leisure-time leader and have experience from youth activities. Other equivalent education may be of interest.

To provide the best possible conditions for our students to thrive and be motivated for studies, you should be good at collaborating and communicating with both students, guardians, and school staff.

We would like you to have qualities such as creativity, initiative, a service-oriented attitude, and responsibility. Personal suitability is highly valued.

It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the leisure activities available in Ronneby, Karlshamn, and Karlskrona.

Since you will need to move between our facilities, a Category B driver's license is a requirement.

Part of the work is located in the area of F 17 (Swedish Armed Forces), and therefore you must be a Swedish citizen.
