About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disability Groups). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

Who are you?

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the customer.

Requirements for the position:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Tolerance for animals with fur.
• Valid B-driver's license (manual transmission) and access to a car.
• Willingness to work for a girl in her 20s who lives in a house with her family in Asarum.

Merits for the position:

• Experience in similar work.
• Experience with epilepsy.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "hourly employment". Working hours are scheduled for approx. 09:00–20:00 but may change slightly if necessary and by agreement.

Fixed hourly wage by agreement, and other benefits according to collective agreement.

Immediately or by agreement.
