Fixa Assistans is a family-run assistance company with extensive experience in personal assistance for both children and adults. Our headquarters are located in Karlshamn, and we operate throughout southern Sweden. Through a close and engaged working approach, we create security, community, and joy in everyday life – for users, relatives, and assistants.

Care for every individual is a natural part of our work. Therefore, we place great emphasis on matching users and assistants based on competence, experience, and personal chemistry. Our goal is to create long-term relationships and a work environment where everyone thrives and feels seen.

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a man with mobility impairments living in Hallabro, north of Ronneby. A 60% position is to be filled immediately, and a 40% position is to be filled in August, with an introduction in July. The schedule is mostly daytime hours from 07:00 to 17:15, plus one Saturday (daytime) every fourth week and one evening every other week until 20:00.

We place great importance on personal chemistry and personal qualities. You must not be allergic to animals. As the job often involves manual transfers, you must not have any physical limitations. Since you will be driving the man's own car, a driver's license is required. You must also have access to your own car, as public transportation is not an option for getting to the workplace.

As a person, you must be responsible, sensitive, flexible, patient, and able to take initiative and adapt your work to the user's needs. You must have a good ability to read needs and wishes, even if they are not always expressed verbally. The work pace is usually mixed.

The nature of the work requires you to be fluent in speaking and understanding Swedish, for example, being able to understand and read various instruction and checklist documents, as well as follow established routines. The nature of the work also means that only female applicants are considered.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
