About the role

Luotea is in an exciting phase of development and is now looking for an accountant who wants to join the journey.

Here, you will have a broad and developmental role where you work closely with the business operations and gradually take on greater responsibility. You don't just do accounting – you also help develop how it is done.

You will be part of a team of eight people, where you and one other accountant have company responsibility and actively work with the overall picture of the bookkeeping. This means you will have plenty of room, close collaboration, and good opportunities to influence both working methods and results.

Luotea (formerly Lassila & Tikanoja) is one of Sweden's leading providers of technical operations and property management, with a turnover of approximately 1.3 billion SEK in Sweden. The company is part of the Nordic, publicly listed group Luotea Oyj, headquartered in Helsinki.

What you will do

• Work with ongoing accounting
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform reconciliations and accruals
• Ensure quality in reporting
• Handle VAT and tax declarations
• Contribute to developing and streamlining processes and systems
• Communicate with auditors and other external parties
• Work closely with controlling and the business operations

We believe you have

• Post-secondary education in economics/accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting work, preferably within K3
• Experience with financial closing
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

Qualifications such as experience with IFS, PowerBI, and group accounting are meritorious.
