Description

We are looking for a medical secretary for an exciting and varied job.

We are looking for you who thrive with varied and stimulating tasks. You will be part of our team consisting of counselors, psychologists, doctors, nurses, care assistants, medical secretaries, occupational therapists, and team leaders. With the patient in focus, we collaborate and cooperate with primary care, the municipality, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and the patient's relatives.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Medical record documentation
• Involuntary care documentation
• Registration and booking in patient administrative systems, Melior and Elvis
• Handling of referrals
• Telephone work, including via Telia ACE
• Case management in "My Healthcare Contacts" (Mina vårdkontakter), 1177
• Reception work
• Mail handling

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have healthcare administrative education, good IT skills, and the ability to learn new digital systems. Experience working in Melior and Elvis is meritorious.

You have the ability to work independently, take responsibility, and organize your work while functioning well in a team. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Other

The position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.

When appointing staff within psychiatry, we always request extracts from the Suspect and Criminal Record Register. This request is handled by the employer.
