Teacher for Special Educational Needs (2 positions)
Job Description
We are looking for you who, in calm and well-adapted premises, want to work closely with students and create conditions for learning for those in need of smaller groups and individualized instruction. With us, you will meet a small student group, engaged colleagues, and a calm learning environment where relationships, structure, and quality are in focus.
The work involves:
- Planning education.
- Implementing and following up on education based on steering documents.
- Adapting and individualizing education.
- Creating clear structure.
- Using visual support and other support structures as a natural part of the school day.
- Collaborating with student health services, guardians, and colleagues.
- Contributing to the development of the operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Are a certified teacher in grades 4–6 or grades 7–9, preferably with broad subject competence.
- Have an interest in, education in, or experience with NPF/Autism Spectrum.
- Are secure, flexible, and relationship-building.
- Enjoy close collaboration in small teams.
- Have the ability to create structure and clarity in education.
- Believe that all students want to succeed.
- Constantly try to find ways for students to succeed and work to ensure they have opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge in different ways.
Special pedagogical competence or experience from similar operations is meritorious, but commitment, ability to collaborate, and willingness to develop weigh heavily. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
