Your new job

We are a forward-moving school seeking colleagues who wish to continue the excellent work currently underway at our school. Our Student Health Team (SHT) currently includes a special needs teacher focusing on Swedish/English and two special education teachers. Additionally, we have a special needs teacher in mathematics who works alongside math teachers as support in classroom instruction.

We are now looking for an additional special needs teacher with a focus on mathematics, or alternatively, a mathematics teacher, to expand our resource organization. Together with teaching colleagues and the SHT, your primary task will be to support students with learning difficulties in mathematics. The teaching will be connected to both the regular class organization and our resource center. Depending on your qualifications, your work may also include documentation, supervision of colleagues, and mentoring for students.

Your qualifications

We now need a new colleague for the school. We are looking for a special needs teacher or a teacher who will teach mathematics. You must have a teaching license with eligibility in mathematics or be a specially trained special needs teacher with a focus on mathematics. You will be connected to a dedicated mathematics subject group, so you are someone who collaborates easily. Previous experience working in a multicultural school and with language-developing teaching is a merit. You are comfortable with digital technology and use it as a natural tool in teaching.

As a person, you are unpretentious and naturally take responsibility for developing your work. We see that you have a flexible approach, initiative-taking ability, good cooperation skills, and, of course, a positive view of students. You are relationship-building and help relationships with students grow. We see you as an important part of a whole that works to ensure all students reach their goals.
