Welcome to the Skärstaddalen School District!
The operations are located in Skärstaddalen and cover preschool class, grades 1–6, as well as leisure-time centers (after-school care). Teaching is conducted at two schools: Landsjöskolan in Kaxholmen and Skärstad School in Skärstad. Landsjöskolan offers preschool class, grades 1–6, and three leisure-time centers, while Skärstad School offers preschool class, grades 1–3, and a leisure-time center.
Both schools are characterized by a clear value base and a positive approach, where good relationships with students and colleagues are a natural part of daily work.

Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are qualified to work in leisure-time centers. You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and use them as a natural part of your work.
The assignment involves working to ensure that every student develops based on their prerequisites, both academically and socially. An inclusive approach, where all students are important, is a central part of the work, and just as important is the ability to create security, study peace, and positive relationships. The role also includes actively contributing to the work team's joint development, taking responsibility for the quality of the operation, and together with colleagues creating the best possible conditions for students' learning.

To facilitate the recruitment process, we ask you to attach relevant certificates and grades with your application. According to the Education Act, all employees hired within our operations must present a valid extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, extended register checks were introduced for persons who are to work with children. This means you will need to submit an additional extract prior to employment. Before employing new staff for our teaching positions, we must ensure that there is a valid teacher license. We therefore ask you to attach a current teacher license retrieved from the Swedish National Agency for Education within the last two months.
