At Montico, we are currently looking for an engaged and knowledgeable Vocational Teacher specializing in Plumbing and Property Management for our educational operations in Växjö. Job Description

As a vocational teacher, you will teach and instruct future plumbing installers, property caretakers, and property technicians in both practical and theoretical modules.

Your responsibilities include planning, conducting, documenting, and following up on teaching. We work as a cohesive team and ensure that you are given the right conditions to develop in the role from the start.

The duties consist of teaching program-common subjects and advanced courses within the Plumbing and Property program, such as plumbing technology, tool and material handling, heat theory, property services, and more.

Like other teachers at the school, you will also have tasks including mentoring and following up on students' workplace-based learning.

You will naturally focus on creating the best conditions for every individual to benefit from the education and develop the skills demanded by the Swedish labor market.

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share your knowledge. You have a pedagogical inclination and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience within the plumbing and property industry
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and fluent Swedish

Merits:

• Vocational Teacher Diploma
• Experience in training within plumbing and property
• Industry certified within plumbing
