RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be part of the customer accounts receivable team. In the group, you will work together with accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and debt collection. You handle the import of files from various sub-systems into our financial system. The position also involves some ongoing accounting and account reconciliations.
The job includes maintaining updated routine descriptions for the ongoing work in the group, together with colleagues. You will also assist with instructions, training materials, and teach some bookkeeping knowledge to colleagues in the operations.
The role also involves working with phone and email support for both internal and external contacts.
We work in the financial system Raindance.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- A recognized education in economics at the upper secondary or vocational college level, or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways.
- Practical experience in accounting work and understanding and knowledge of accounting technical issues.
- Good general IT skills and experience working in a financial system.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other programs in the Office package.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You are service-oriented and good at communicating, collaborating, and building good relationships. You enjoy working both independently and in a group. A prerequisite is that you are curious and learn new functions by exploring the financial system.
We place great importance on personal suitability and that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing. Normal working hours are 8:00–17:00, with some flexibility. The working time is 40 hours per week.
