We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a client assignment.
Your role with us
As an Accounting Assistant, you will handle a broad and varied range of tasks. Your responsibilities include, among other things, managing and booking supplier invoices, payments, ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and other administrative duties. During certain periods, the job requires you to thrive and work at a fast pace with short deadlines. Since our client works with large systems, it is an advantage if you have an interest in systems and experience using various computer programs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school education in economics or post-secondary education, or alternatively, a few years of practical experience in accounting.
- Has good computer skills.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
As a person, we see that you are positive, detail-oriented, and service-minded. You are flexible and unpretentious, with the ability to work both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who is well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
