Work and Integration is a unit consisting of approximately 25 employees. The unit supports individuals in becoming self-sufficient and establishing themselves in society. The unit is part of the Social Services Administration, which consists of 600 employees and has a broad range of assignments. The administration is divided into five business areas. The unit is located within Individual and Family Care.

A day as an administrator at Work and Integration

As an administrator at Work and Integration, you are responsible for your tasks independently. You have support from other administrators within the social services administration. Remote work opportunities are available. Access to your own office is provided. The work consists largely of supporting the manager and colleagues with tasks such as invoice processing, requisitioning payments, project administration, document and register management, minute taking, mail handling, acting as internal IT support, purchasing, etc.

Your qualifications

Requirements

• Upper secondary education
• Experience in administrative work within the public sector.
• High organizational skills: You must be able to structure, prioritize, and plan your own time.
• Flexibility: You need to be able to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• Attention to detail: Details are important, whether regarding contracts, invoicing, or meeting minutes.
• Communication skills: You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Service orientation: You have a professional and helpful attitude.
• Good computer skills: You handle the Office package effortlessly.
• System understanding: You get up to speed quickly with new digital systems.
• Independence: You drive your own work forward without needing constant supervision.
• Integrity: You handle confidential information with high confidentiality and good judgment.

Merits

• Experience handling invoices in Visma
• Experience with scheduling in Heroma
• Knowledge of integration and labor market issues

Other

Temporary position until 2026-12-31 with the possibility of extension. Full-time with the possibility of part-time.
