About the role

You work closely with managers and operations regarding rehabilitation and working environment, with a special focus on early signals and interventions that strengthen health and work capacity. You support managers in their rehabilitation responsibilities and also have individual conversations with employees regarding health, attendance, and adjustments. Through qualified guidance, you contribute to structure and clarity in the work with early signals, adjustments, and rehabilitation issues at both individual and group levels.

The work is practical, relationship-based, and close to operations. You collaborate with HR colleagues and external actors such as occupational health services and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, contributing to structure, security, and quality in the rehabilitation work. At our organization, collaboration and a solution-focused approach are important prerequisites for success.

About you

We are looking for you who have an academic education in HR, personnel science, rehabilitation, or another relevant education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with rehabilitation from a preventive and promoting perspective and are confident in providing close, consultative, and practical support to managers.

You have worked operationally close to the business with HR tasks and have a good understanding of managers' daily lives and organizational prerequisites, preferably from the public sector. Your competence enables you to easily understand the needs of different operations and contribute with structure, clarity, and quality in rehabilitation and working environment work.

To succeed in the role, you need to be professional, sensitive, and respectful in your interactions, as well as have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You work independently with good integrity, but also enjoy collaboration and knowledge exchange in a team. You have good digital skills and are comfortable working in Office 365. You have a B driver's license as travel is included in the position.
