Work and Integration is a unit consisting of approximately 25 employees. The unit supports individuals in finding their own livelihood and establishing themselves in society. The unit is part of the Social Services Administration, which consists of 600 employees with a broad scope of tasks. The administration is divided into five operational areas. The unit is located within the Individual and Family Care department.

A day as an administrator at Work and Integration

As an administrator at Work and Integration, you are responsible for your tasks independently. You have support from other administrators within the Social Services Administration. Remote work opportunities are available. Access to a private office is provided. The work consists largely of supporting the manager and colleagues with tasks such as invoice processing, requisitioning payments, project administration, document and register management, minute taking, mail handling, internal IT support, purchasing, etc.

Your qualifications

Requirements

• Upper secondary education
• Experience in administrative work within the public sector.
• High organizational skills: You must be able to structure, prioritize, and plan both your own time.
• Flexibility: You need to be able to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• Attention to detail: Details are important, whether it concerns contracts, invoicing, or meeting minutes.
• Communication skills: You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Service orientation: You have a professional and helpful attitude.
• Good computer skills: You handle the Office package effortlessly.
• System understanding: You quickly get to grips with new digital systems.
• Independence: You drive your own work forward without needing constant supervision.
• Integrity: You handle confidential information with high confidentiality and good judgment.

Merits

• Knowledge of integration and labor market issues

Other

Fixed-term position until 2026-12-31 with the possibility of extension. Full-time with the possibility of part-time.
