About the Assignment
As an HR Generalist, you will have broad responsibilities and work both operationally and strategically with HR issues, with a special focus on planning and support for the business.
You are the local HR function and serve as a close, advisory support to managers in their daily work. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you drive and develop HR work and ensure structured and efficient processes related to the business's needs.
The work covers the entire HR spectrum - from workforce planning and talent acquisition to labor law issues and working environment. You contribute with structure, forward-thinking, and quality in HR delivery and play a key role in creating functional and sustainable ways of working.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Support managers in workforce and competency planning
• Work advisory on HR-related issues, including labor law and agreements
• Drive and follow up on processes within areas such as working environment, rehabilitation, and performance reviews
• Ensure structure and quality in HR routines and working methods
• Identify development needs and contribute to improvement work within HR

The role requires structure, independence, and the ability to prioritize, while you create security and trust within the organization.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who are a confident and experienced HR Generalist with experience working independently and taking overall responsibility for HR in a business. You thrive in a role where you are a hub in the organization and where you both drive issues forward and serve as a close support to managers.
You have a structured and solution-oriented approach, are comfortable making your own decisions within your area, and have the ability to build trust within the organization.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant higher education in HR or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in broad HR work as an HR Generalist
• Experience working independently in a broad HR role
• Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

You have a good ability to structure and prioritize your work and thrive in a role where you get to take significant personal responsibility. You are communicative and relationship-building, while also having integrity and the courage to drive issues forward.
