We are now launching a completely new unit within the Business Support department and are looking for you who want to combine deep technical expertise with the drive to shape a new operation. Investigations, analysis, and teamwork
As a Business Specialist with a focus on robust office premises, you will play a key role in the development and management of socially vital and security-classified environments. You will function as a specialist and requirement setter within power supply, backup power, uninterrupted power, and building technical supply systems linked to civil preparedness. In this role, you will support managers and employees in matters concerning power supply, backup power, and building technical supply systems during both new establishments and renovations of robust office premises. You will participate in project planning and may also lead or project-manage initiatives in this area. As a Business Specialist, you are responsible for the daily management of security-protection-supporting spaces, actively contribute to, and support the department's Deputy Signal Security Manager in signal security operations. As a Business Specialist, you will follow developments in power supply, backup power, and building technical systems to ensure that the operation remains at the forefront of robust and resilient solutions.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who are to work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a degree from university/college with a focus on power supply, backup power, and building technical supply systems, or qualifications/experience assessed as equivalent.
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good communication skills, both verbal and written
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- implements plans and processes and ensures they maintain high quality
- acts on own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has a methodical and systematic approach
- holds a valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you
- have experience in security protection work
- have experience in project management
- have experience in risk analysis work.

Other
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation period may apply. Remote work is possible if the job allows. Travel is included in the position.
Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this recruitment. Work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process in this recruitment. Location: Östersund.
