About the assignment

As an Economic Assistant, you will support the municipality's finance department in its daily work. The role is broad and varied and suits you who enjoy administrative tasks, have an eye for detail, and want to contribute to a well-functioning operation.

Examples of tasks:

• Handling of supplier and customer invoices
• Ongoing financial administration
• Account reconciliations and follow-up
• Registration and control of financial documentation
• Support to operations in finance-related matters
• Other administrative tasks within the finance department

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who

• Have education in economics or equivalent work experience
• Have several years of experience in financial administration, accounts payable/receivable, or similar tasks
• Have good system proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Visma is a requirement
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible
