Responsibilities

We are now looking for an administrative assistant for the women's health services. We are looking for you who, with drive, a service-oriented attitude, and a sense of responsibility, support managers and staff in daily administrative work. You are one of two assistants in the area who, through close collaboration, are key figures and provide crucial support to the entire Women's Health department. You participate in daily management and serve as a natural contact point for staff and managers regarding various administrative matters.

A large part of the work is linked to daily staffing and scheduling within the operational area. Through planning, coordination, and foresight, you contribute to ensuring effective staffing to meet the needs of the operations.

The role involves supporting managers and operations with ongoing administrative tasks. You handle administrative duties that largely include daily staffing and scheduling across the entire area. Additionally, you manage other personnel and economic issues, as well as invoice processing required by the operations. You often work independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will have many internal contacts within the unit, the region, and its support functions. Some external contacts also occur. We offer interesting, varied, and responsible work.

We are also open to a split position: half-time clinical work and the remaining time as an administrative assistant.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with upper secondary education in administration, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have experience from personnel administrative work involving scheduling and staffing planning in Heroma, invoice processing, and are accustomed to working with computers and digital solutions. Experience with invoice processing, scheduling, and Heroma is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, and structured, with the ability to handle many tasks in parallel. You value teamwork, have a friendly demeanor and a trust-building work approach, and are communicative and proactive. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
