We are now looking for a driven administrator who is interested in societal development issues and wants to help us on our development journey! Here you work in an exciting administration with a breadth of operations and many different competencies, ranging from long-term physical planning to daily operational issues.
The administration support team provides support to all operations within the administration in terms of finance, HR, communication, quality, digitalization, and administration. The administration support team has a special assignment to contribute to the administration-wide development. A total of 17 employees work together with the administrative manager on the support team. This position is physically located at the Building Permits and Sewerage Unit, which is responsible for authority enforcement according to the Environmental Code and the Planning and Building Act. You will have close cooperation with five colleagues within the administration, the unit manager, and the unit's case handlers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrator with us, you work independently and support the administrative tasks in your unit. You register documents in the case management system, manage archives, and provide overall support to the unit. You see opportunities for improvements and contribute to implementing them. You have an easy time getting others on board. Since the work is varied, it requires that you are flexible and good at reprioritizing.
You will be part of our administrative team where we together drive development and ensure good quality in our case management. You are, in other words, a very important part of a larger whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have completed relevant upper secondary education in, for example, social sciences, natural sciences, or economics. It is a plus if you also have post-secondary education related to the field. We see that you have experience of administrative work, preferably in the public sector or in authority enforcement. You also need to have good knowledge and experience of working with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
We view it positively if you have knowledge of GDPR, experience of registering in case management systems, and experience of working based on the Planning and Building Act. It is also good if you have experience of information management and archives. If you also have training in archives, document management, and registration, it is an advantage.
As a person, it is important that you are flexible, service-oriented, and can create positive meetings. You have good administrative skills where you value quality and precision in your work. You will be able to shape this role very much yourself, and therefore it is important that you are independent, driven, and development-oriented.
