Student Assistant with Experience in Neuropsychiatric Disabilities

We are looking for a student assistant with knowledge and experience working with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD/NPF). Job Responsibilities

You will provide help and support to students with neuropsychiatric disabilities in their daily school life. You will work with the student in both academic learning and social contexts. You will have close collaboration with class teachers and after-school staff, as well as support from the school's student health team. Part of the role may involve working in the school's after-school activities.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Childcare worker or other suitable education with knowledge and experience working with children with NPD/NPF.
• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

Personal Attributes:

Relationship-building and student focus are of utmost importance for this role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, clear in communication, and has strong self-awareness. You are good at finding opportunities, flexible, take initiative, and have excellent teamwork skills.

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Experience working in primary school/preschool in a multicultural area.
• Knowledge of low-affective approach and alternative and compensatory communication.
• Category B driver's license.
