WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, an engaged and curious childcare worker.

You should be well-versed in the Swedish preschool curriculum. Together with preschool teachers and other colleagues, you are responsible for the pedagogical work and for creating conditions for joyful learning based on the preschool curriculum. Together, you are responsible for driving the team's work towards its goals. You have the desire to try and develop new working methods, as well as the ability to engage children in educational and creative activities in collaboration with the team and in dialogue with parents.

We are looking for a childcare worker with the mindset that children can achieve great things if given the opportunity. Our work is characterized by clear respect for the individual, as well as good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children, offering them a thrilling and creative setting.

We see the outdoor environment as an important resource, and much of the pedagogical activities take place outdoors, both on the playground and in the forest. You should have good collaboration skills, be service-oriented, and work with quality awareness towards children, colleagues, and guardians. You must be able to express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

About Us

Olympica Preschool has two departments located in two buildings with proximity to the forest. We provide guardians with a clear thread throughout the entire operation to create security and good quality for our children. Olympica has a profile focused on sports, play, and movement, as well as strong work with respect for every human being and the equal value of all. We focus on preventing all kinds of bullying and harassment.
