At our Medical Secretarial Unit, we work with specialties such as internal medicine, orthopedics, surgery, and urology in both inpatient and outpatient care. We are now looking for several Medical Secretaries to join our team.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are trained as a Medical Secretary or Healthcare Administrator. You must have Swedish language skills equivalent to at least C1. It is an advantage if you have training in disease classification and good knowledge of medical terminology. It is also positive if you have experience with the medical record system Cosmic and administration in the iHSAk system.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are self-motivated, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills, making you receptive and able to adapt to others.

What you will work with

Working as a Medical Secretary with us gives you a varied job where record-keeping, documentation, and medical record management are the main tasks. You will have the opportunity to be the hub of the network and assist other staff with various questions. It is a calm atmosphere with your own workspace, but with colleagues nearby. We support each other across the different clinics, which allows for holidays while ensuring each secretary gains broad knowledge.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to structure their work. Furthermore, we look for a flexible approach where you can plan, prioritize, and organize your work efficiently. You enjoy working both in groups and individually, and have good collaboration skills.

We are only looking for Medical Secretaries who can work on-site in Gällivare, but with the possibility of partial remote work.

Information about the position

Permanent full-time positions with daytime working hours. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
