We are now looking for an HR Partner where you will help develop and shape the future robust HR support in a socially vital operation.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are an experienced HR Partner with an interest in strategic development work and societal preparedness. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational support with long-term planning and have the ability to see the big picture in complex issues.
You have good knowledge within the HR field, especially related to labor law and competence supply. You are accustomed to working in collaboration with several different actors. It is an advantage if you have experience of working within crisis preparedness, security work, or the public sector.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and driven. You are confident in taking responsibility, can prioritize in changing situations, and have a good ability to create trust-based collaborations.
What you will work with
In the role of HR Partner with a focus on preparedness, you will have a central function in strengthening HR's contribution to Region Norrbotten's work with crisis preparedness and civil defense. You will work both strategically and operationally to integrate the HR perspective into the region's overall preparedness work and contribute to developing working methods, processes, and planning that strengthen the region's capacity during crises, heightened alert, and ultimately war. The role involves close collaboration with, among others, the security unit, regional crisis management, operations, other regions, and external actors.
- Support and develop HR-related planning related to war organization, staff supply, supply preparedness, and critical dependencies.
- Ensure that legislation, national requirements, and changes within the preparedness area are captured and implemented in HR's working methods and support to operations.
- Contribute to planning, training, exercises, and live events, and function as an HR support in matters concerning crisis and heightened alert.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent position. Working hours during the day, start date as agreed upon.
A security clearance check will be conducted before appointment.
The location is Luleå. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
