We are now looking for you who are interested in working part-time on an intermittent basis at our reception. The primary workplace is Luleå, but other locations may temporarily become available for assignments based in Luleå. As a part-time employee with us, you will be hired under an intermittent employment contract. This means you are employed for each individual shift and receive hourly compensation. The number of hours varies between individuals and over time. You must be available to work both during the academic term and throughout the summer. There are good opportunities for full-time summer positions, and we would especially welcome candidates interested in part-time work during the term and full-time employment during the summer months.
Job Responsibilities
Employees at the Police Authority's Service Center serve as the public face of the police and are often the first point of contact – a crucial role. The operations combine official authority functions with service duties for both external and internal customers. Working as an administrator at the Police Service Center is a meaningful role that strengthens public trust in the police through commitment, quality, and security in case handling, combined with efficiency and a welcoming attitude.

A prerequisite for starting work as a reception administrator is that you pass and are certified in the mandatory internal training program during the first two weeks. The training may be conducted at another location or digitally.
Reception hours are primarily scheduled during daytime, but evening and weekend work may occasionally be required.
